Second Step

Blue Valley verifies the values reported by the company and evaluates the availability of carbon credits.


Third Step

Within one month of payment, Blue Valley shall issue the certificate of conformity of the compensation.

How does it work?


First Step

Contact Blue Valley to check the availability of the catch.


Thanks to the fishing methods used that respect the natural cycles, the fish offered by Blue Valley is available in the time between October and February.


Second Step

Once the availability has been verified, the logistical aspect of the transport of fish is organised.


This phase is treated in detail to ensure a high quality of the final product.


Third Step

Within a few days after payment has been made and, once routine checks have been carried out, the necessary documentation is issued to certify the traceability and the organic mark of the final product.
